Reiki First Degree is for those who wish to heal family and friends as well as working on ones own self-healing and spiritual development. It also acts as a foundation for people who wish to go on to become professional reiki practitioners.

Reiki is a universal life force energy, it is very gentle and relaxing and will activate the body's natural ability to heal itself.

Course Content covers:- What is Reiki?, Reiki Lineage, a brief history of Reiki (both western & eastern), the five ethical principles of Reiki, Hatsu-Rei-Ho, Anatomy & Physiology, Chakras & Auras, Reiki Attunements, Giving a Reiki Treatment, Treatment Hand Positions, Usui's Method of Self Healing, protection & grounding, other therapies & Reiki, additional techniques, reiki organisations and suggested reading.
