I have been interested in complementary therapies for many years and started working holistically in 1999 when I first discovered the healing power of Reiki. Since then I have gone on to study many other complementary techniques such as Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Advanced Massage,Crystal and Colour Therapy. In September 2006, I qualified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, and (AMT) EFT Practitioner. As part of my continuing professional and personal development I am currently undertaking a BSc Hons Degree in Complementary Therapies and a Teacher Training Certificate.
